Who we are
Inventurez Limited (company number 07633342), registered at Castle House, Castle Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3UW, trading as Progressive Leaders. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZA165124.
If you have a question about this notice or how your information is handled, contact info@progressiveleaders.net.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the Progressive Profile platform, the Progressive Leader Membership, and how we handle contact and booking details across our business generally.
It does not cover information you give us as part of work carried out inside a client organisation's own systems - that is the client's data, and governed by the client's own privacy notice.
What we collect
The exact information depends on how you use the platform.
If you take a Progressive Profile
Your answers to the questionnaire, the report generated from them, your email address, and - if you create an account - your account details.
If you're a peer group member
Your name, email address, and phone number, so we can run the group - and your number is visible to other members if the group runs over WhatsApp.
Group sessions are recorded and transcribed, and those transcripts are available to members through a private Hub, where an AI assistant can answer questions about what was discussed in a session. That means what you say in a session is written down, kept, and readable by the other members of your group. If you would rather something were not recorded, say so and we will stop.
If you attend a coaching call or workshop
Booking details (through Calendly) and whatever you choose to share in the session. We do not record coaching calls or workshops.
If you use the contact form
Your name, email address, and whatever message you send us. We don't run a separate newsletter or marketing signup - the contact form is the only way to reach us that collects your details.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share your Progressive Profile report, or your answers, with anyone other than you - not your employer, not the person who invited you, nobody - unless you choose to share it yourself.
Why we hold it
To generate your report, run your account, process payment where you've bought something, and respond to you if you contact us. Where we rely on your consent (such as storing your questionnaire answers to generate your Profile), you can withdraw that consent at any time - see "Your rights" below.
How we use AI
In your Progressive Profile report: the written narrative is generated using Anthropic's Claude, from your own answers. It is a coaching and self-awareness tool, not a psychological assessment or a diagnostic, and you are free to disagree with it.
In the peer group Hubs: an AI assistant answers members' questions using your group's session transcripts.
In both cases, the model provider processes the text to produce a reply, and does not use it to train its models. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about anyone by a machine.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of specialist services to run the platform. Each only sees the data it needs to do its job.

International transfers
Some of the services above are based outside the UK. Where that's the case, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data - invoices and payment records are kept as required by law.
Peer group session transcripts are kept for as long as the group runs, so members can look back at earlier sessions.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. You can withdraw consent to data we hold on that basis at any time. And you can close a two-way window with a colleague from the page that names them, without affecting the rest of your account.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
If you've been added without asking
If a colleague has added you to their peer group and you'd rather not be, contact us and we'll remove you.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes to this notice
We'll update this page if anything changes, and update the date below. Last updated: 5 August 2026.
